Day 3 Down, 87 to Go

We had dinner at a seafood restaurant. I got grilled shrimp, veggies and a dinner salad. I ate a few bites of the rice pilaf and then dumped sauce on it to keep from picking at it.
Finished out the day at 1415 calories, 30 minutes of exercise
