I have still not adjusted to daylight savings time. I couldn't fall asleep until 11 again last night but still woke up at 5:30 to go to the gym. I'm extra hungry today. I know that is a physiological response and that my leptin, ghrelin and neuropeptide Y hormone levels are off because of a lack of sleep and its not that my body needs more fuel...but still, it's hard to not eat more!
