I'm done with the first week and I'm still pumped up for the remaining twelve. There have been some moments of hunger but overall, it's been relatively easy and enjoyable. I got my last half hour of exercise in today.
I've been debating about weighing myself now. If I lose a nice amount I might be tempted to slack and if I don't lose much at all I could get down. After Donna's big weight loss I'm feeling confident that I've at least lost a pound this week. I'll weigh in tomorrow morning and report my results.
Exercise: 4hrs!

Yipee! Yahooey! :) Doo dah dooh!
Congratulations, Marjorie! Dancing is definitely in order!
Dance Break: "That's the way, uh, huh, uh, huh, I like it, uh, huh, uh, huh!" :)
And I am so glad it has been mainly easy and enjoyable for you.
Around the weight thing--I'd only do it with the commitment in mind that either way you are going to keep doing what you are doing.
That is an old idea and pattern to slack or not depending on the numbers that show up on the scale. That needs to be a separate issue.
Truly, the timing of our weight loss is best left in God's hands. That's His or Her part--and our job is to do our part in the highest and best way we can, today.
That we can do and feel good about no matter what.
Even though I am imagining for you weight loss during this 90 Day Challenge--I still don't want to give those #s such power over how you feel or how your day goes.
And as I've shared in class, often I did wait to weigh in until it was so clear to me that my weight was coming off through what I saw in the mirror or in my clothes.
I did not want to set myself up to get back into the food or my overeating cycle if I did not see the weight loss happening as quickly as I wanted.
Anyway, I'd like to encourage you to go within, and come from a place of only love and faith as you decide what to do around weighing in.
I love you, Miss Marjorie!
Kathy
