Things have been going great with the challenge. Amongst all the visiting I have managed to get my full 4 hours of exercise and keep at 1500 calories. Friday I got 30 minutes of exercise circling the Phoenix airport, Saturday I took a walk with my mom for 30 minutes and tonight I got another 30+ minutes walking with my mom, sister and 2 nieces. Friday night we ate at my favorite seafood restaurant. Since I knew that in advance I saved enough calories to get grilled fish, baked potato and salad with dressing on the side. I've had to explain to people why I don't eat sugar and wheat and why I'm not eating stuff but it's okay. If I'm explaining I'm not eating it. haha!

I'm so proud of you for keeping with the challenge while you're away! I know what you mean about the explaining part...are you getting any "way to go!" comments from your friends and family members? (Not that you need their approval, but it'd be nice if they gave you some!)
