I can't believe its day 16 already!
My husband and I just got back from our trip to visit my family. I'm so tired and of course the feelings of hunger are overwhelming. I need to be up and productive to some extent but I'm so tired. So I'm going to take a nap and give my body what it really needs instead of just giving it food to soothe it.
Exercise 0/4 by Feb 11 (got to get on that!)

And thank you for sharing how you are taking care of yourself and resting. I am going to follow your lead on that and make it an early night myself.
Isn't it amazing how before we got "on the road less traveled with food" the solution to just about everything was to put our trigger foods in our mouths.
This is the one of the things I love about recovery. Now that my "old brain" is not bugging me my cognitive brain has a chance to step up and offer a repertoire of alternative solutions--and they are always much better than overeating.
