Would You Sell Your Soul to Look Young?

My birthday is less than 2 weeks away and I've been thinking a lot about aging as I close in on 37 and my husband is getting close to 40. I noticed having trouble focusing on my cat's face the other day to inspect a spot next to his nose. I wonder if that is the beginning of my eyes aging or just eye strain from looking at a computer for a chunk of my day. I know I don't feel old, but time passes whether we like it or not.
On Charmed today a woman asked the Charmed Ones to help her banish this demon who offers youth to people in exchange for their souls. She had no trouble selling her own soul but as soon as she did she immediately regretted it and tried to protect others from doing the same. I think I'll stick with exercising, eating well, using a good eye cream (does anyone know of one?), using moisturizer on my face, neck, and décolletage, and keeping my mind alert by trying new things.

It's funny. I have spoken to three women lately-- in their 70s-- who look amazing and all three of them attribute it mainly to their thinking.

Each said that they never put much attention to the concept of aging and did not buy into societal messages.

It's about attitude--it seems. And one said that she prays a lot and she knows this helps too.

And clearly all three of these women are happy and loving and enjoying their lives while doing things they love and being of service.

So--since we are on the same kind of path--our NAFP and exercise can only increase our chances of maintaining our beautiful, youthful selves until we are 98 or so--at least! :)

Talk to me about the eye/face cream thing. I have some good stuff! :)

Love,
Kathy
