I am 24 hours into the juice fast. I stopped eating at 4:30 yesterday. I am hungry and have a slight headache. I am pretty energetic though. I'm very grateful to be feeling as good as I am. At the same time I'm ready to eat something. I saw a commercial for Sargento cheese earlier and they had melty cheese hanging off a spoonful of something. It looked heavenly.
I can do this though. I am 1/3 of the way through. I don't hate this and I don't hate Jeanie (she said it was okay if I did--LOL).
